Lactate Testing
Lactate testing provides clear insights on how your body is using aerobic and anaerobic energy which allows you to train and race hard. Testing an athletes lactate threshold at sub-maximal efforts is the best way to see if as an athlete you are better aerobically fit, or anaerobically fit by testing.
VLA Max
Finding an athletes VLA Max is crucial in determining the maximum amount of anaerobic energy an athlete can produce for a given time of up to 3 minutes. Identifying where an athletes VLA Max lies lets their coach know whether or not their anaerobic engine is too powerful for their desired event.
VO2 Max Testing
Labeled as the gold standard of cardiovascular fitness is VO2Max. Testing an athletes VO2Max identifies an athletes aerobic capacities as well as the functions of their heart and lungs. This gives our coaches the necessary data to determine where the athlete is and how to build an effective training plan going forward.
